**POSTPONEMENT OF HAREWOOD EVENT

British Hillclimb Championship - SUNDAY 5TH JULY**

Whilst there is still a possibility that motorsport may be able to resume in July, BARC Yorkshire Centre has taken the difficult decision to postpone the event planned to take place on Sunday 5th July. This event was a round of the Motorsport UK British Hillclimb Championship. The event on Saturday 4th July is under consideration and we will announce a decision on that soon.

We are in the process of considering how we can resume hillclimbing at Harewood, based on the latest guidance from Government, Motorsport UK and our support agencies. and are hopeful of being able to announce a revised calendar for the rest of this season within the next few weeks.

It is inevitable that we will have to make adjustments to how we run our events and it is on this basis that we have decided at this early stage to postpone the BHC event. We hope to be able to host this championship later in the season.
